  • 2 large zucchini, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup corn

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, sliced in half

  • 2 tablespoons basil, sliced or chopped (optional)

  • 6 large eggs, lightly beaten

  • 1/2 cup milk or cream
